I have a really cool online event coming up and want Sketch Post to visualise it. How does this work?
Step 1
Before your online event, we’ll get in touch with your team for a brief chat about the event subject matter and the deliverables.
Step 2
During the online event, our graphic recorder will take note of all the key messages and will draw these notes up in real-time, just as if they were in the room!
Step 3
After the event, you will receive a FREE unedited time lapse video of the graphic recording and the agreed upon graphic recording deliverables.

Yes, we do on-the-spot graphic recording. The designs you will receive are functional in nature. They are created live and in the moment. As such, while attractive and engaging, we may need more time (an hour or more depending on complexity) to refine the design after the event.

Presentation slides.
Profile pictures of speakers to create portraits.
Brand colours & logos to be used in the graphic recordings.
Event Day - drawing on an iPad.
Virtual event link and password.

We have basic hourly fees. We're open to discussing packaging options and retainers. We will work with you to find a solution that fits your budget. Special rates for non-profits are available upon request.
Fees include basic pre-event prep and the creation of a post-event PDF compilation. A deposit of 50% is required to secure dates. The remaining 50%, plus direct expenses incurred, will be invoiced upon completion of work.
